* Payment: We accept Venmo, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal. By placing an order, you confirm that you are an authorized user of the payment method provided and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of your order.

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
* Shipping Methods & Costs: We offer standard and express shipping. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while express shipping takes 2-3 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.
* Delivery Delays: While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframes, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
* Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
* Incorrect Address: You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for non-delivery or delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.
5. Returns & Refunds
* Return Policy:
* Timeframe for Returns: Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
* Condition of Items: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
* Items Excluded from Returns: Sale items, lingerie, swimwear, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.
* Process for Returns: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at sales@22towers.com for a return authorization. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
