At Twenty Two Towers, we want you to love every piece you purchase. While we do not offer refunds, we’re committed to making sure you’re happy — and offer easy exchanges or store credit when possible.

💌 Exchange Policy:

We accept exchanges or store credit for eligible items if returned within:

14 days of purchase or delivery

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached

Proof of purchase is required!

👙 Swimwear & Bikinis:

For hygiene reasons, bikinis and swimwear can only be exchanged if:

Hygiene liners are intact

Tags are attached

Item is unworn and returned within 7 days.

🚫 Final Sale:

All sale items, accessories, lingerie, and bodysuits are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
